Vicious Dogs Might be Banned
Springfield, Ohio
County Commissioner David Hartley will suggest to Springfield
city council members a limitation on "vicious" dogs similar to
Toledo's
ordinance. In particular, Toledo ordinance states that "no
person, organization or corporation shall own, keep, harbor or
provide sustenance
for more than one vicious dog," as such term is defined by the
Ohio Revised Code.
